I recently started using the Radiance Vitamin C Brightening Serum & from the minute I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised.

It’s not tacky or sticky like other vitamin c serums I’ve use previously & sinks in to the skin nicely which allows makeup to sit on top perfectly.
